Artex 110-338 Tri-Band ELT Rod Antenna — P/N 110-338
Condition: New
The Artex 110-338 is a tri-band emergency locator transmitter (ELT) rod antenna covering all three ELT distress frequencies — 121.5, 243, and 406 MHz — through a single BNC connector. The 406 MHz band carries the encoded digital distress signal to the COSPAS-SARSAT satellite system; 121.5/243 MHz provide the search-and-rescue homing signal. It is the rod antenna used across Artex’s 406 MHz ELT line, including the C406-N / C406-NHM and ME406 series.
Housed in tough glass-reinforced polyester and designed to meet the EUROCAE ED-62 flame test, rated for airspeeds up to 350 knots TAS at 25,000 ft.
